You all look so happy. I am still like that with my mom and I’m 24! I want her to listen to my music, go shopping and try on things I think would look good on her, etc. There is no limit to the fun kids have if they can get their parents to act like kids! My daughter is a little young for this yet (14 months) but she loves it when I act silly with her and I hope I can always remember to get involved in whatever she’s doing.

So true, I really need to do this more. I find that I have fun being a kid again too. I’ve shared this before in various places but my mom tells the story about when I was 3 and our conversation went like this. Me “Come play with me mommy!” Mom ” I’m working right now, in a little bit.” Me “Your work is to play with me mommy!”
