Two weeks from today, I’ll be heading to San Francisco for BlogHer ’08! I’m so excited I can hardly stand it. My good buddy Stephanie, from Metropolitan Mama originally asked me if I was interested in going about a month ago. Since I JUST started my blog, I didn’t think there was much sense in going. I mean, I’m just learning to navigate my way around and feel like such a dork sometimes and that I don’t know what I’m doing!

But when she asked me again a few weeks ago, I thought long and hard…for about 30 seconds, and decided I really wanted to go! After negotiating with my accountant and child care provider (aka, husband) I committed to going.

Over the life of my blog (a whole two months…), I have really enjoyed getting to know other moms, meeting new people and learning about this phenomenon called the blogosphere. I hope to go and soak up all the knowledge I can from the experts, do a little relaxing, and most of all meet some other bloggers in person.

So, anyone else going to BlogHer SF? I’d love to meet you if you are. I’ll be the one looking like I’ve only been blogging for a few months. And if you aren’t going, I’m sure I’ll have plenty to share with you when I get back!
